NEWS AND HIGHLIGHTS:

Do not leave a small gap open at your windows! A lot of people enjoy the crisp air at night
and leave the bedroom window open just a small gap. They expecting to get enough fresh
air, but not get overly cold.  Do you know that the smaller the window gap, the stronger
wind will blow onto you?  It is harmful for your health when the sharp wind blows on your
face or neck when you sleep.  It can cause headaches, TMJ, stiff neck, trigeminal myalgia,
or even bell palsy.   Even though acupuncture can help with all of these conditions, you will
feel suffer at beginning.  The key is to avoid it in the first place by either closing the window,
or leaving it at least half-way open so that the wind will disperse and not blow directly on
you.
