SEASONAL HEALTH NOTES:

We have had a wild spring and summer so far.  The temperature changes dramatically
day by day.  Please follow the weather report carefully in order to dress properly daily.
Many common cold, flu, and sinus issues start with dressing improperly for the weather.

Sunshine is beautiful, but it can hurt you if you are over-exposed to it.  So, in order to help
your Vitamin D deficiency while not hurting yourself, you should:

1.      Stay out of direct sunshine between 9:30am to 5:30pm.

2.      If you get red rashes due to too much sunshine, you can put some Tiger Balm on
skin to cool it down.  (you can buy the tiger balm for only $2 at our clinic)

3.      If you get sun burns, you can put some Burn Healer on it to reduce the pain and heal
faster (only $10 at our clinic).

seasonal notes online.
